“I feel very passionately about the positive effect that therapy can have upon peoples lives. Over the years I’ve worked with a range of challenges that people can experience. Working through pain or difficulties together is a process I find very rewarding. Often people will arrive being unsure what to expect and feeling apprehensive about what is to come. My approach is to create a welcoming, warm and confidential space where together we can gain an understanding of your situation.
I am trained to draw from several therapeutic models (which you can read more about on the Types of Therapy page) so we can find a way forward that suits you best”
Clare works with a range of difficulties these include, low mood, depression, anxiety, bereavement, relationship challenges, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, physical health anxiety, problems around eating and trauma.
Clare offers individuals and families psychology assessments, therapy, as well as supervision, training and consultations to health professionals.
